Spend four hours exploring Kanda-Sakumacho and Torigoe, Tokyo with an English-speaking guide, at the pace of a friend showing you around. Walk east of the station and explore the streets of small businesses and lunch places. Look at open food shopfronts and discuss the everyday dishes that support a working neighbourhood. Enjoy a seated lunch and talk about the relationship between local work and food. Notice shopfronts and displays from public streets before finishing at Asakusabashi Station. There is time to ask questions, read a menu together and follow the small details that interest you. Your guide brings their own perspective and adapts the walk to the weather, open shops and your walking pace. The neighbourhood theme and included services stay the same; the exact streets and lunch venue may vary. A simple local lunch is included for guests aged six and over. Extra food, drinks and personal purchases are optional and paid separately. This is a private walking tour for your party, with a maximum of six guests including children. The planned finish is Asakusabashi Station. Encounters with residents or shopkeepers happen naturally when appropriate; private homes, workshop interiors and arranged meetings are not part of the tour.
